Day 4 of Fargo is now finished, with boys freestyle nearing the final rounds. 12 Michigan Grapplers advanced to the final day of Freestyle, with 6 in each style. Nicholas Sorrow and JayDen Williams led the way in Juniors, both dominating their way to the quarterfinals. On the 16U side, it is rising Junior Caden Krueger of DCC that has been impressive in his run to the quarters. Krueger won his first three matches by decision (5-5, 13-6, and 4-1) before earning a tech in the Round of 16.
Sorrow, Williams, and Krueger can secure All American honors tomorrow morning with wins in the quarterfinals. For wrestlers alive in the consis, they will need to win two matches to make the podium.
