I find it interesting how Ida beat Monroe Jefferson by 24 points Saturday at the Monroe County tournament yet Monroe Jefferson is ranked ahead of Ida?

Dual meets are weighted far more heavily than individual tournaments, so that alone is not enough to jump a team. As you can read above, #7 Whitehall finished ahead of #1 Dundee a couple weeks ago.
Jefferson is ranked where they are because they have a dual meet win over D4 #3 Lawton as well as Mason County Central who was formerly ranked in D3.
...that being said, they have a loss to D4 unranked Clinton that was recently brought to my attention, so that may shake things up next week.
So let me get this straight : Whitehall and Warren Lincoln move up and into the rankings in their respective divisions after performing well at an Individual Tourney, but no love for the Wildcats, who finished ahead of two of your D1 Top Ten and THREE of your Power 15....interesting....
I'm sure you have your reasons.... ;-)
