DCC took 11 of 14 matches and built off some early momentum to get themselves back into the title match. Top-ranked Lees, Heethuis, Jones, Gilcher, Marines, Adams, and Bercume were all winners for the Shamrocks. Youngblood, Mirjavadi, and Antonelli picked up victories for Romeo.
A back-and-forth dual here, with teams trading off strings of four wins in a row. The Eagles busted open the 20-19 dual with six matches remaining thanks to bonus point wins by Cappellano, Abbey, Butzier, and Rochowiak. Hartland also got a boost at 106 when Dunbar picked up a 3rd period fall while trailing 7-5.
Hudson won twelve matches in this dual but from a spectator's perspective, it felt much closer early on. In a top-2 matchup, Sorrow bested Gilbert, 9-3. Two matches later Kimling sealed an OT win. A pair of decisions in the middle weights put the dual essentially out of reach entering the upper weights. Both wins for Martin were over quality opponents with Buell and Hildebrand both scoring falls.
As expected, this was a battle from start to finish. The two teams traded wins throughout the first half of the dual before Bronson strung together five straight wins to close out the dual and advance to the D4 finals. Seekman, Norton, Lindsey, Britten, and Harvey all scored major wins down the stretch for the Vikes.
