Michigan reached the Gold/Silver pool for the second time on the week after their 6th place finish in Greco. Michigan reached the finals of their pool by beating Wisconsin Blue, North Carolina, and Missouri Red. After falling to the eventual runner-up Illinois in the finals, Michigan beat a tough Minnesota Red team for true 2nd.
In the Gold/Silver pool, Michigan drew Iowa first round, which would be the eventual champions. In the second round, Michigan fell to Minnesota Blue. In the third round, Michigan lost to Pennsylvania Blue, which set up a 7th place match against Ohio Gray. Ohio Gray would win that dual 39-35, making Michigan the 8th place team in the tournament.
Undefeated wrestlers included Mason Katschor (5-0), Nathaniel Carter (3-0), Blake Sloan (3-0), and Gavin Craner (6-0). Craner's 6-0 record put him on the All-Tournament team at 170lbs.
Michigan Red won two of their first three duals after beating New Jersey and Georgia Red. Michigan lost to Indiana in the consi semis of their pool, ultimately finishing 6th after a loss to Missouri Blue. The two wins would put Michigan Red into the Red/Blue pool. In the Red/Blue pool, Michigan ran into four tough teams, including Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania Red, and Nebraska. The dual against Pennsylvania Red came down to criteria, which Pennsylvania won, leaving Michigan to wrestle for 7th in the pool against Nebraska. A Nebraska win gave Michigan an 8th place finish in the pool.
